I've been where you are!


Three years ago, despite 17+ years in senior leadership roles across global energy and infrastructure projects, I was the guy saying yes to everything, second-guessing every decision, working endless hours just to feel like I belonged at the senior table. Then I hit a wall - complete burnout.


What followed was a 3-year deep dive into understanding why brilliant leaders sabotage themselves. I studied hundreds of development books, earned my International Coaching Federation credentials, became a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and dove deep into neuroscience-backed behavior change. Not just to get better, but to crack the code on fast leadership transformation.
