Coaching starts with a 90-minute diagnostic session, no agenda, no framework, just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing between the two.


From there, engagements run on a minimum three-month programme with sessions fortnightly. Retainer and six-month options are available for leaders who want sustained support through longer transitions.
