With 17+ years in engineering, commercial strategy, and executive leadership, I’ve led multi-million infrastructure projects and coached high-performers in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
I’m a French national who’s called the UK home for over 17 years. With a background in engineering and business, I’ve worked across Europe and the UK, leading high-impact projects and helping organisations break into new markets — not just operationally, but culturally.
That’s where I first became fascinated with leadership. Why do some teams thrive under pressure while others stall? Why do some leaders inspire — while others burn out?
After 15+ years of experience in technical and commercial leadership, I made the leap into coaching. Today, I support mid-to-senior professionals who want to lead with purpose — not just job titles. I combine coaching psychology and NLP, leadership development, and real-world business insight to help you grow faster, and feel more fulfilled doing it.
That’s why I trained as a certified coach and Master NLP practitioner: to help others shift faster, with purpose and resilience.
I’m also a long-distance runner — which means I know a thing or two about building resilience, pacing yourself, and pushing through when it matters most.
