I am Yorik Tisseau, a leadership advisor and executive coach with almost two decades of senior leadership experience in global organisations. I have led several technological and geographic market entries, large cross functional teams and the commercial development of billion pound energy and infrastructure investments.


This lived experience shapes my approach, which blends executive coaching with neuroscience, positive psychology and solution focused methods to help leaders remove mental blocks, strengthen presence and perform with clarity in high pressure environments.

This combination of lived struggle and extensive self-development gives me a unique perspective.
